The officer was very nice and she just asked me the I-485 form questions, one by one and nothing else.

We had out interview on February 2+, 2021. The officer asked me a few questions about my husbands family and asked my husband EVERY question on the original application. My husband was a bit nervous because we didn't hire an interpreter but I knew his English was good enough to get us through the interview and I was right, it was. The Officer offered and even tried to get an interpreter on the phone but the connection was so bad we told him it was not necessary. While we were waiting for the interviewer to come get us we witnessed several officers interacting with other applicants and they were all so friendly and pleasant. Our interviewer did not smile once and was not the friendliest person. I'm not going to say he was homophobic, but.... At the end of the interview he told us it would be about 30 days before we received a decision because they were "backed up". one week later we received a Request for evidence.
